MATERIALS
YARN: suggest 400mts/100grs fingering merino superwash hand painted “Tejedora Chile” or another socks yarn (366-400)mts enough to achieve the gauge.
Main Color: suggested 38(48)g / 153(192)mts
Contrast Color: suggested 32(42)g / 128(168)mts
In the example (size 1): socks fingering merino yarn was used Tejedora Chile Composition: 85% superwash extrafine merino, 15% Nylon.

NEEDLES: 1 US/ 2.25 mm circular needles (elastic, lapel heel and toe) and fabric circular needle 1.5 US/ 2.5mm (all colorwork) wire 80cm long to work the rounds with magic loop (or a set of double pointed needles), or short needles 25cm long. necessary for the sample.

MUESTRA
32 puntos y 38 vueltas en 10 cm en jersey (ancho y alto) con agujas de 2,5 mm en tejido circular.

NOTAS
En este Patrón se mantendrán algunas abreviaturas de tejido, en su lengua de origen (inglés): ssk, k2tog, 1/1Lc. con su respectiva explicación en español. Se sugiere el montaje cola larga; urdir con los dos palillos juntos para dar más elasticidad (ver video) o montaje retorcido alemán, pero puedes utilizar el de tu preferencia. Se tejen de forma circular desde arriba hacia la puntera (top down) en elástico, caña, pie y puntera, excepto en el talón de solapa, donde se trabaja de manera plana el tejido. Finalizar con una costura invisible o “kitchener stitch” para unir la puntera del calcetín.
