ABOUT THIS PATTERN
The perfect gift for a teacher: an apple pencil holder! The apple is crocheted in one piece, starting on the inside tubing and ending with the outside of the apple. The tubing is solidified by a cut-to-size paper towel or toilet paper roll. There is an optional step to weigh down the bottom using washers or coins so that your pencil holder doesn’t tip over. Finally, you have the option to embroider the teacher’s name on to the apple.
