Apple Picking socks are the perfect adorable fall socks. Cozy up with this new pattern while drinking a cup of warm apple cider or go apple picking.
In this pattern, you’ll also receive a cheat sheet for 3 different sets of heel instructions. For the sample, I used a heel flap and gusset, but I also include instructions for an afterthought heel and a short row heel.

Sizes
Adult Small/Medium, and Large
To fit approx. a foot circumference of 6 1/4, 8” / 15.8, 20 cm

Needles

US 1 / 2.25 mm or size needed to obtain correct gauge
Sample was knit using 32” / 81 cm cable with the magic loop method

Yarn option
3.5 oz / 100 grams of fingering weight yarn and a 20 gram mini skein

The sample was knit using Julie Asselin Nomade
80% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon
400 yards per 100 grams, in the Bundle Brownstone and Al Fresco
