Size U.S. 3 (3.25 mm): Your preferred configuration for small circumference in the round: DPNs, long circular for magic loop, 2 shorter circulars, set of three flexible DPNs, 8–9” (20–23 cm) circular.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
