The cable hat is a great companion for the transition between the seasons, knitted from very soft cashmere yarn. Warming in the evening or early in the morning, e.g. on the way to work or the dog tour. It is not too thick, so you can quickly fold it up and stow it in your jacket pocket.

The simple but effective cable pattern and the beautiful cashmere yarn not only make it a real pleasure to wear, but also to knit.

The pattern is very structured and contains photo tutorials. The different sizes are shown in different colors and you can easily navigate through the document using links.

CONSTRUCTION
The cable hat is knitted bottom up. It is made without a cuff and starts directly with a beautiful and easy-to-knit cable pattern. In the instructions, you will find both a chart and a written version for the cable pattern. There is also a photo tutorial & Videolink where you learn how to knit a cable without a cable needle. In the last round, stitches are knitted together for the decreases.

The cable hat sits close to the head and has no slouch. Of course, you can knit it longer and tailor the fit according to your wishes.

GAUGE
14 sts x 24 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in cable pattern, washed and dried flat.

NEEDLES
Circular needles (ca. 16”/40 cm length) US 8/5.0 mm. Or size to obtain gauge.
For the last rounds, you may need a pair of double pointed needles US 8/5.0 mm for the decreases.
Optional a cable needle.

Die Zopfmütze ist ein toller Begleiter für den Übergang in den Jahreszeiten, aus sehr weichem Cashmeregarn gestrickt. Wärmend am Abend oder in den frühen Morgenstunden, z.B. auf dem Weg zur Arbeit oder der Hunderunde. Sie ist nicht zu dick, so dass du sie schnell zusammenfalten und in der Jackentasche verstauen kannst.

Durch das einfache aber wirkungsvolle Zopfmuster und das wunderschöne Cashmeregarn ist nicht nur das Tragen eine wahre Freude, sondern bereits das Stricken.

Die Anleitung ist sehr strukturiert aufgebaut und enthält Fototutorials & Videolink. Die unterschiedlichen Größen werden in verschiedenen Farben dargestellt und durch Verlinkungen kannst du leicht im Dokument navigieren.

KONSTRUKTION
Die Zopfmütze wird von unten nach oben gestrickt. Sie wird ohne Bündchen gearbeitet und beginnt direkt mit einem schönen und einfach zu strickenden Zopfmuster. In der Anleitung findest du für das Zopfmuster sowohl einen Chart, als auch eine geschriebene Version. Außerdem gibt es ein Fototutorial, bei dem du lernst wie Zöpfe ohne Zopfnadel gestrickt werden. In den letzten Runden werden für die Abnahmen Maschen zusammengestrickt.

Die Zopfmütze sitzt eng am Kopf und hat keinen Slouch. Du kannst sie natürlich länger stricken und so die Passform deinen Wünschen entsprechend gestalten.
