Apron Granny Squares
An apron is a trendy item that will make your look unique. Ukrainian traditions in the modern world.
The pattern of the ‘grandmother’s square’ is very beautiful.
The pattern has step-by-step photos and diagrams of each row, and a video for each row.
I show you how to block granny squares without a special blocking device.
PDF file.
The size of the finished granny square after blocking is 11 by 11 cm.
If you have different yarn, you can model the apron yourself, make it short or long, crochet fewer or more squares.
I crocheted with Vivchari Cottonel 800 yarn (200g/400m), 2.25 mm hook. The consumption with tassels is 260g. You can choose any yarn that contains cotton, 100% or semi-cotton.
Approximate yarn consumption: 200 - 320 metres per 100 g.
