I knit this super soft and squishy baby blanket for my new little one on the way. I used 4 colors of Malabrigo Rios in alternating stripes to create a patchwork looking fabric using 2 color brioche. I’ve also written a 2 color version for those that want a simplified look which is available as an individual download with your purchase.

MATERIALS
US 7 40” circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)
630 yards of Worsted weight yarn (Color A in pattern, Malabrigo Rios - Pearl)
210 yards of Worsted weight yarn (Color B in pattern, Malabrigo Rios - Peachy)
210 yards of Worsted weight yarn (Color C in pattern, Malabrigo Rios - Water Green)
210 yards of Worsted weight yarn (Color D in pattern, Malabrigo Rios - Aquamarine)

MEASUREMENTS
40” wide 39” long

GAUGE
13 stitches and 20 rows = 4” in brioche stitch on US 7 needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)
