Any yarn weight or brand can be used to crochet this cushion cover; when made with DK weight yarn, the cushion cover, with both pieces joined together, measures approximately 37 cm square (14.57 inches square). The amount of yarn used (DK weight yarn) is approximately 382 grams (14 ounces) or 574 metres (628 yards), with the main colour requiring 221 grams (8 ounces) or 332 metres (363 yards), and the contrast colour using 161 grams (6 ounces) or 242 metres (265 yards).
