Beginning/ Intermediate Knitting

This is the pattern using worsted weight yarn and size 8 needles. It is for just the headband with the black flower the flower is in a separate tutorial. It fits a woman’s head and is very comfy! I would estimate this project to be about 2 hours or a long movie’s length. It takes about 70 yards of yarn and a set of size 8 knitting needles; no other notions are needed.

cast on/bind off
knit
purl
K2tog
Basic cable
Knit two into one stitch (increase)
