The Arabesque Cardigan is a top-down seamless raglan. The cardigan has a back ornament and patterning on the sleeves that are created by twisted stitches. These are both charted and written out.

Please note: The pattern is written out separately for each size. To reduce file size there is one pdf with sizes 30” to 40” and one containing 40” to 50”.

Notions: 1 cable needle, 2 stitch holders or waste yarn, 6 stitch markers, 4 of one kind (to mark raglan increases) and 2 of another kind (to mark back pattern), 8 small (approx. 1cm/0.375” diameter) buttons, tapestry needle to weave in ends, sewing needle and thread to sew on buttons.

Sizes: 30(32,34,36,38,40,42,44,46,48,50) for 76(81,86,91,96,101,107,112,117,122,127) cm / 30(32,34,36,38,40,42,44,46,48,50)” bust circumference; approx. 4cm/1.5” positive ease.
