The pattern is written in English in US standard terms. You will find written instructions for each round + links to helpful VIDEOS (the voice is speaking in Russian, but the instructions are clear without any sound at all)

Yarn: thread weight (I used Vita COCO) with about 240 m in 50 g 263 yds in 1.75 oz - about 395 yds or 75 g.

Hook: 1.5 mm US 8
The pattern is not sensitive to gauge - the finished measurement depends on yarn and hook chosen.
If you use recommended yarn and hook, you will get a doily with about 40 cm 15.7” in diameter.
