This crochet pattern provides instructions to make a baby blanket with puff stitches, perfect for a young child. A cozy, treasured gift that teaches them the Arabic alphabet.

You can be creative with the colours and types of yarn used. The pattern requires just less than one skein per row of 5 squares. Instructions are provided for how to seamlessly change colours as you go.

You can omit the puff stitch border or add extra single crochet for a wider border if you want to sew a soft material on the back.
