A fun and easy to crochet scarecrow made with jute/hemp, raffia and a gradient yarn. This pattern is designed especially for the 3000 member Autumn party of the Colourful CAL’s/KAL’s & Projects Group in September and October.

A nice decoration for Autumn or Halloween. It may even scare the crows away in your vegetable garden, who knows?!

The face is crocheted with jute/hemp but you can also use yarn. The same goes for the hair, for which I’ve used raffia.

Materials:

• Red Heart Unforgetable 2 skeins
• Jute/hemp 82 yards/75 m thickness approx. 2 mm
