When purchasing the Aral Top you get two patterns in one- one has a button-front opening and the other a boat-neck, beginner-friendly, seamless construction.

An open boat neck and a wide picot hem, frame a beautiful set of timeless Breton stripes in this classic Summer top.

The pattern offers two different neck finishes- a button front or a round boat neck, and 11 sizes.

NEEDLES
— 3 mm / US 2 with a cable of at least 80 cm / 32” circular needles for ribbing and hem or below-gauge needle size
— 3.25 mm /US 3 with a cable of at least 80 cm / 32” circular needles for the body (or the necessary size to achieve gauge)

GAUGE
26 sts x 36 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in stockinette stitch with the larger sized needles and after blocking.
It is essential that you compare your swatch after blocking in order to achieve the right results.

NOTIONS
Darning needle, stitch counter or a little notebook to keep track of your round count, markers, scissors and measuring tape.
