Aran Earflap for Everyone
Gauge: 17 sts in stockinette stitch in 4in/10cm
You will need yarn (up to 60 grams for the smallest size, up to 130 grams for the largest size), knitting needles to obtain the gauge, a tapestry needle to weave in the yarn ends and to sew the back of that. Two buttons, sewing needle and a matching thread to sew on the buttons, three stitch holders.
There are two ways to knit it: knit flat or knit in the round. You will need either a circular needle or double pointed needles if you are knitting it in the round, or you can use any type of knitting needles you prefer if you are knitting it flat.
~~~ this pattern in newborn size is available also in print: in the book “More Tiny Knits for Tiny People” ~~~
