I have designed this pattern that uses knit and purl stitches only so if you are new to knitting it is the ideal starter blanket and if you are more experienced you can sit and relax while you make something lovely.

I have used Paintbox yarns in this pattern which come in LOTS of fabulous colours. It is one of my favourite yarns because it’s reasonably price yet still incredibly soft and always receives compliments whether it is a vibrant colour like Slate Green or softer tones like Dusty Rose.
