Aranzini is a scarf with a fan motif on both ends. Or on one end only - its up to you! It is an ideal project to use up some nice skeins as it is easy to adapt in length. Instructions how to do are mentioned at the end of the instructions.
In case you want to replace material be aware that yarns with a heavy fall like alpaca or silk will work not well. The motifs may look slack. Aranzini will look great in a bulky yarn, too, but consider that you will need much more yarn.

The pattern is available in English and German. It is a written pattern with charts for the motifs and a key/abbreviations for the used stitches.

Aranzini ist ein Schal mit einem Fächermotiv an beiden Enden. Oder nur an einem Ende - ganz nach Geschmack. Es ist ein ideales Projekt, um ein paar schöne Knäule aufzubrauchen, da es einfach in der Länge anzupassen ist. Wie das geht, steht in der Anleitung.
Ein Hinweis, falls ein anderes Material verwendet wird: Alpaka oder Seide fallen schwer und sind daher nicht so gut geeignet, das Motiv könnte dadurch schlaff wirken.
Aranzini sieht sicher auch aus ganz dickem Garn gut aus, dafür braucht man dann aber entsprechend mehr Material.
