Araucária socks
Woven with a circular needle using the toe up method with the sock starting at the fingertips and ending at the cuff. The stitches were assembled using Judy’s magic cast on technique and the cuff was finished using Elizabeth Zimmermann’s sewn bind off technique.
The difference is the heel, which is made using the Fleegle heel technique, which simplifies short rows and eliminates the need to lift stitches, in addition to not leaving that little hole in the corners of the heel.
Yarn: Sock SW 3ply (Fios da Fazenda) - 100g/400m
