The archipelago in the north of Sweden i filled with small islands.
On the island Rödkallen stands an old, red, beautiful lighthouse which is the last stop before
open sea and then Finland.
The mittens are knit in the round . Some rounds uses three colours. I stitched them after
I completed the mitten, using a duplicate stitch stitch.
You can easily change the size of the mittens by using bigger/smaller needles,
or adding a few extra rounds .
Finished meassures: 20, 5 cm width, 14 cm to the thumb, 14 cm from the thumb to the top. The thumb is 6,5 cm.

You will need:
2,0 mm double point needles
2 stitch markers ( for the thumb)
Tapetsry needle, to weave in the ends
50 g white yarn
30 g blye yarn
20 g red yarn
10 g black yarn
scrap yarn in yellow.

The total weight of the mittens are about 70-80 grams.
I used a 2-ply yarn measuring about 300 meters/100 grams (sport).
