The Arconia Sweater is a simple seamless sweater which is knit top-down and mainly in the round. It is designed to be worn with 2 - 6 inches / 5 - 15 cm of positive ease at the bust, with relaxed dropped shoulders for a casual look.
The sweater is waist length, and features a cosy double turtle neck and long, comfy, gently tapered sleeves.
Arconia can be knit using any DK weight yarn or in a combination of yarns that achieve gauge, such as fingering weight merino held with lace-weight Suri alpaca.
It is a very simple sweater to knit, with no seaming aside from the double neckband. It is a suitable project for those at the beginning of their knitting journey and perfect as a first garment.
