Arctic Puffin
The Arctic Puffin’s body is knitted in a few pieces: first, the black head, then, the white face. The face is sewn onto the front of the head and the eyes attached; the body is knitted and stuffed. Then the white belly is made flat and sewn on. Lastly, the beak and legs are made separately and sewn on. There are a few extra steps on this one, but they give the Puffin his iconic look without any complicated colorwork.
