Arctic Snowflake Dog Snood
Fine and delicate (like a snowflake!), this fingering weight snood works up wonderfully thin while still providing the warmth of wool and colorwork combined. The colors are inspired by snow (and animals like Polar Bears and Arctic Foxes) and the bright blues and purples of arctic sunsets. Grab a hot beverage and a cozy blanket for this knit, because it’s all about winter!
This pattern is written with the expectation that you know basic cast-on techniques, grafting (enough to work a variant of kitchener from a written pattern and video tutorial), and how to read and work from a colorwork chart. I have included video tutorials on jogless joins in fair isle, closing the lower brim, and closing the upper brim. Written instructions for i-cord are included.
Less than 1 skein needed of each color!
