Argentum
Soft and stylish, Argentum is worked seamlessly in the round using fingering yarn held together with a contrasting colour of lofty mohair lace yarn. Argentum mixes neat twisted rib edges with a subtle stepped garter stitch pattern to create textural and visual interest.
Yarn Requirements
437 yards/400 metres of fingering/4 ply yarn
and
437 yards/400 metres of mohair lace/2 ply yarn.
Both yarns are held together throughout.
This yarn combination can be substituted with 437 yards/400 metres of light worsted/DK/8 ply yarn.
Shown in Atelier Summit single ply fingering yarn (70% superwash merino wool, 30% silk; 437 yards/400 metres per 100 grams) in Silver Lining, 1 skein, and Knit Picks Aloft lace (72% super kid mohair, 28% silk; 260 Yards/238 metres per 25 grams) in Carbon, 2 balls.
