The Aria Cardigan is a lightweight summery cardigan knit with three strands of mohair held together. It’s worked top to bottom by joining pieces as you knit. It features a drop shoulder style and a boxy fit. It’s worked in an eyelet and garter stitch pattern all over, 2x2 rib for the ribbings and a double knit button band.

This pattern has been professionally graded and edited and was tested by an ambitious team of test knitters.

Gauge:
For the eyelet pattern:
15.5 sts x 24 rows/rounds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” on 6 mm (US 10) needles, in eyelet pattern (chart for the gauge swatch is in the pattern).
For the 2x2 rib pattern:
16 sts x 26 rows/rounds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 “ on 5 mm (US 8) needles

Needles and notions:
● 6 mm (US 10), 5 mm (US 8), and 3.5 mm (US 4) circular knitting needles (with an 80-100 cm / 32-40” cable) or needle sizes needed to achieve gauge
● 3 removeable stitch markers
● 3 buttons (25 mm diameter)
● Tapestry needle to weave in ends
● Some leftover yarn/cables/knitting cords to place stitches on hold

DEUTSCH
Der Aria Cardigan ist eine leichte, sommerliche Jacke, die mit 3 Fäden Mohair gestrickt wird. Die Jacke wird von oben nach unten am Stück gestrickt und zeichnet sich aus durch einen oversized Drop Shoulder Schnitt. Die Lochmuster Reihen werden jeweils unterbrochen von kraus rechts gestrickten Reihen, die Bündchen werden im doppelten Rippenmuster gestrickt und zu guter Letzt strickt man die Knopfleiste im Doppelstrick an die Jacke.

Diese Anleitung wurde professionell editiert und berechnet und wurde von einem ambitionierten Team von Teststrickerinnen getestet.
