U.S. Size 8 16-inch circulars
U.S. Size 10 16-inch circulars and dpns for decreasing

Finished Measurements:
Beanie: 15-inch circumference at edge with lots of stretch; 7.5 inches high
Slough: 15- inch circumference at edge with lots of stretch; 9 inches high
