Skill level: (intermediate) ADVANCED
You should know the basic stiches: chain stitch, single crochet, slip stitch, double crochet. All the other sticthes used in the pattern are explained.

This pattern is written in standard American terms and includes lot of photos of the process (150+ photos in total).

The Crocodile stitch is explained step by step with photos and i have also made chart for the crocodile stitch.
Pattern includes instructions for the following sizes XS,S,M,L

Materials needed for the top:
100g of Fine/2 (sport/baby) or Light/3 (DK/light worsted) weight yarn.
Crochet hook 3.5mm/E or 3mm/D (check the gauge),
Lycra fabric for the ties.
Some beads if you choose to decorate the ties.

Materials needed for the bottom:
100(150,150,200)g of Fine/2 (sport/baby) (or Light/3 DK/light worsted) weight yarn.
Crochet hook 3.5mm/E or 3mm/D (check the gauge),
Lycra fabric for the ties.
Some beads if you choose to decorate the ties.
