This square shaped shawl is full of lace patterns, designed with four borders and knitted seamlessly in one piece. Borders have completelly different pattern construction then central part - they are knitted in garter stitch and using some kind of chevron lace. Central square is created with much simple and subtle lace pattern. The shawl is available in one size.

The Arioso design could also work as a baby blanket! It will be great present newborn/baby idea for sure!

It is mostly charted version (three charts included in it), so if you are familiar with charted version of pattern, this one is just for you!

Please note that I with my brilliant testing team decided to cut in charts both bottom and top angles a bit (which can be seen on photos in our finished projects). We thought that now it is more symetrical and looks neater.

Pattern is written for one size:
approx 38 ½”/98cm at each side; 56”/142cm diagonally (folded in half)
includes:
6 pages with written instructions, 2 charts and 2 photos.

Yarn: any lace weight yarn (#0 Lace)

Needles: size US # 3 (3.25mm) circulars (80 cm/32” long) or size to obtain correct gauge

Notions: 2 unique stich markers, 10 other markers (optional)

Skill level: intermediate
