This is a pattern for a wrap/shawl that features two different lace stitches, one on the border, and one in the center. The two combine nicely to form a heavy fingering weight/light sport weight wrap that’s approximately 22 X 74 inches when finished. Neither is a difficult stitch, so if you’re a beginning lace knitter, this would be a nice pattern for you to try.

Both stitches are both charted and written out line by line.

Skill Level: Beginner + - Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of knitting, purling, and increasing and decreasing, and lace knitting).
