Arnold the Alien can be used as an educational toy to help the child learn about colors and forms and improve motoric skills by putting the Aliens in the right colored UFOs.

Skill level: Easy

YOU’LL NEED:

• Crochet hook: 5.5 mm
• Yarn: Chenille - Super Bulky weight (120 m / 100 g (3.5 oz / 131 yds)) - 15 g colored and 4 g grey
• Stuffing
• 2 x 14 mm safety eyes
• Yarn needle

STITCHES YOU NEED TO KNOW:

sc - single crochet
ch - chain
slst - slip stitch
inc - increase
dec - decrease
bo - bobble stitch

SIZE:

The Alien will be 9 cm / 3.5 inches if you use same yarn and hook size as me. You can use other sizes and/or yarn if you want a bigger or smaller result.
