AROS is a top-down, symmetric shawl, growing the most in its central section, due to a combination of increases and short rows cycles.
The rings decorating the border are made with circles (Aros, in Spanish – I’m Italian but I love the sound of this Spanish word for circles, so appropriate!) of i-cord, inserted (not sewn) into the project.
I indicate the weight of yarn used for aros, so that you can choose to use one more color (or scrap yarn) for them.
Have fun!

Yarn in details:
275 g (605 m) of DK yarn in two colorways: 235 g (517 m) in MC (main color) -5 balls; and 40 g (88 m) in CC (contrasting color) - 1 ball; 14g of CC yarn are used for “aros”.
