Around The Block Plaid Cowl is a playful plaid pattern that, when reversing the colors looks entirely different at first glance. It’s a great way of making siblings or husband and wife look matchy-matchy without being, well, matchy! It’s a fun little repeating pattern that’s easy to remember and quick to work up!

Want a stylish throw pillow? make it big enough to go round a square pillow insert! Once you’ve made it long enough to cover the pillow, simply sew or sc stitch it closed at one end, stuff the pillow inside and sew or sc stitch it closed on the other end! OR! Add 3 stitches and work up as you would for a shawl or blanket with fringe or an envelope border! I just love how versatile overlay mosaic is!
