Hi, This is easy pattern once you understand the pattern, top part is explained clearly and the frill part at the bottom also explained very well. and 2 pattern for crochet rose pattern also given very clearly. size is 21” inches and ht is 19 inches and fit for one year to two year old kids.can make for personal use not for selling to others but give credit to my pattern by linking them to my page.
