Tunisian Crochet creates a thick fabric which is nice for dishcloths and trivets for hot dishes to sit on when serving food. This lovely dishcloth uses the Arrowhead stitch for a little bit of visual interest. It is a great intermediate stitch for the beginning Tunisian crocheter.

This pattern incorporates the Tunisian Simple Stitch, the Tunisian Purl Stitch, the Tunisian Full Stitch and the Tss2tog decrease stitch.

Sizing
Mine came out in a 7” square and took about half of the ball of Clean Cotton solid color. However, if that is a little bit too small for a dishcloth size of your liking, it is easy to adjust the size by adding more stitches to your foundation chain.

This project also makes a cute trivet for serving hot dishes of food. I do NOT recommend it as a hot pat/potholder for hot dish handles though because of the lace holes in the pattern. Please be careful!
