A pompom hat in butterfly stitch

MATERIALS:

• Camelito yarn by Mamy Factory (60 % merino, 40 % camel): 2 balls in color Bleu indigo
• 4.5 mm knitting needles

GAUGE:
Swatching is essential to obtain a finished piece with desired measurements: 22-23 sts and 38-40 rows = 10 cm (4 in) in butterfly
stitch with 4.5 mm needles.

STITCHES USED:
1/1 Rib: knit 1 st, purl 1 st.
Butterfly stitch: this stitch is worked over a multiple of 10 (5 + 5) sts + 1 selvedge st at each end. Always start with a purl row before starting the actual stitch.

Il est indispensable à la réalisation d’un tricot aux bonnes dimensions : 10 cm de point papillon, aig. n° 4,5 = 22-23 m. et 38-40 rgs.

POINTS EMPLOYÉS :
Côtes 1/1 : 1 m. end., 1 m. env.
Point papillon : ce point se réalise sur un nombre de m. multiple de 10 (5 + 5) + 1 m. lis. de chaque côté. Tric. toujours 1 rg env. avant de commencer le point.
