Arsenic & Old Lace Square #7: The Oak Leaf
This is a beautiful lace pattern from the late 1800’s and was published in Weldon’s Practical Knitter. I have used this lace pattern here as a square for an afghan, but also for socks, scarves, a stole and triangular shawls. It would be elegant for just the right cardigan or whatever you can imagine. The pattern has been test knit. I hope you enjoy it as I much as I have. xox Mary Ellen and Summit Yarn
