These socks are worked from the cuff down with a heel flap and gusset decrease.

The pattern is written as if you are using magic loop technique or two short circular needles, referred to as Needle 1 and 2 in the description. Alternatively, distribute sts on 4 double pointed needles.

The colorwork pattern is presented in chart form only.

The rounds gauge is crucial to get pattern symmetry on top and bottom, for measurements in pattern. There are however some rnds for adjustments or alternatively, work toe in the light color and finish pattern at the same time as you work toe decreases.
