Artemis
Artemis is one of the ten patterns in the PLEIADES Collection in Little Star for the Wrist … and the entire collection is made from just one skein of South West Trading Company Little Star yarn.
This particular pattern is named for the Greek goddess of the moonlit wilderness who was patroness of the Pleiades. Artemis was often depicted as a huntress with a silver bow and a quiver full of arrows. This modern/contemporary design reaches toward the direct representation of that mystical weapon as a symbol.
This pattern (one of ten in the entire collection) is now available only as part of the eBook “PLEIADES Collection in Little Star for the Wrist.” (It is no longer available as a single-pattern individual PDF download for USD $3.50 from the YarnZone.com site at this time.)
The entire collection, priced at USD $7.00 for digital download including all ten patterns, is viewable at http://www.yarnzone.com/the-pleaides-collection-13-bracel...
Note Regarding Former (Historical) Free Availability of Related Pattern:
For a limited introductory period in 2014 only, Sterope, which is another of the ten patterns in the PLEIADES Collection in Little Star for the Wrist, was able to be downloaded free from YarnZone.com (http://www.yarnzone.com/patterns/); even at that time, free YarnZone.com site registration/login was required to view/download free patterns from this link.
