I wanted an arthritis awareness blue hat that was fun to take my mind off of losing my hair to wear for World Arthritis Day and World Autoimmune Arthritis Day. I decided to give myself pretend pigtails on my hat and added purple bows for the Rheumatoid Arthritis awareness colors of blue with purple. You can feel free to change the colors to whatever you want or whatever cause you want to support. Having Rheumatoid Arthritis, I am always thinking about arthritis awareness. Hey my real hair is even blue. ;) I tried to make the instructions for each pigtail as easy to understand as possible and made each pigtail only one piece so less to sew on. Yay.
