Artless indoor slippers is inspired by the shape of rustic monk shoes. It can be paired with felt or leather insoles at the bottom to have a firmer touch. Or simply by itself as a sock cover. It’s also a good little project with leftover yarn.
Artless indoor slippers is worked in purl stitch in the round from heel to toe in one piece. End with i-cord ankle trim.
I-cord bow at the back is optional.

EU shoe sizes: 35-36 (37-38) 39-40 (41-42) 43-44
US shoe sizes: 5-6 (6.5-7.5) 8-9 (9.5-10.5) 11-12

SUGGESTED NEEDLES
4.5 mm US 7 circular needles (40 cm 16 inches )
6 mm US 10 circular needles (80 cm 32 inches ) if using Magic Loop technique OR
6 mm US 10 double pointed needles OR
the required needle size to obtain gauge
GAUGE
In purl stitch using 6 mm US 10 needles
16 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inches
SIZE GUIDE
Artless indoor slippers / sock cover is intended for a slightly loose fit at the width but a good hug at the ankle. If you plan to wear thick socks underneath and measurement is in-between the sizes, a size up would be the recommendation. Otherwise, please stay with your normal size.
