Arvoriad is the Breton name for people who live by the sea in this French area.
This pattern, with white and blue stripes, is well known by everybody and it always makes you think about the seaside!

I wanted a shawl in this style to go with a blue or red jacket and perfect for freshy or rainy day.
It makes you think about the sea and makes you think about holidays by the seaside!

This is a simple pattern with lace and stripes.
It begins with a long edge of lace on the larger side of the shawl, continues with thin stripes to go with larger stripes and a part with red lace and a final section with white.

This shawl is knitted from the large part making decreases to the small part.

Measures:
Long red edge: about 107 cm
right side : about 152 cm
the left side with little waves: about 80 cm
