Ascilian Cowl
Please enjoy this free pattern. My joy comes from creating and giving back a little something to the knitting community. If you would like to support the creation of future patterns, please consider making a small contribution via Paypal to: Paypal.me/Viktionary
Contributions go towards purchasing yarn for future designs and the occasional Earl Grey latte to keep the fires of creativity fueled. Regardless of whether you contribute or not, thank you for your support and kind words on my patterns.
I had a small amount of these two wool yarns in my stash and the blue/grey combination matched up very well with this small shell-like motif. The result makes me think of colourful geometric Mediterranean tilework. I called this Ascilian which means “from a shell” in Old English.
