This is a seamless pullover knit in a chunky rib style with a centre cable in the front, back and on the sleeves. It is a basic unisex design. It is knit in the round, from the top down, in one piece, starting with the collar. Using a series of short rows, the V-neck is formed with the collar already incorporated.
Due to the rib style, this design will easily fit larger and smaller sizes with the only adjustment needed in the length. The model shown fits all three of my girls width-wise fine.
Basic knowledge of directional increases both knit-wise and purl-wise will be helpful, but instructions are given on how to work these.
Cabling, picking up stitches, and directional decreases (k2tog, ssk, etc) are also used.
The short rows require careful following of the directions to ensure no gaps or holes are visible.
If you have any problems following the instructions, feel free to contact me via my blog.
