Ashae is an easy to knit asymmetrical shawl incorporating lace, garter and stockinette stitch. The pattern takes one full skein of sport weight merino yarn, big enough to wear as a shawl and small enough to wrap around as a scarf.
The gauge is 20 sts and 24 rows = 10 cm (4 in) in stockinette stitch using 4 mm needle. After blocking the shawl measures 127 cm x 81 cm x 61 cm (50” x 32” x 24”).
