Five knitting patterns for the Asian collection of produce. The fruit and veg patterns in this set include: BOK CHOY, EGGPLANT, GARLIC, KUMQUAT, and TIEN TSIN PEPPER. The patterns are easy to follow and quick to complete.

All pattern PDF’s are available in full color. Patterns are suited to the advanced beginner or the intermediate knitter, but would be a good introduction to circular knitting for the beginner due to the small size of each toy. You’ll be knitting in the round, and will use knit stitch, purl stitch, i-cord, casting on, casting off, increasing, and decreasing.

The produce varies in size, but they approximate life size fruit and vegetables.
Bok Choy = 7” tall
Eggplant = 6.5” long
Garlic = 1.5” diameter
Kumquat = 1” diameter, 4” long overall
Tien Tsin = 4.75” long

Materials needed:
Set of 4 double-pointed needles (slightly smaller size than recommended on ball band)
KnitPicks Wool of the Andes Yarn Worsted (or similar for colors needed)
Poly fill or other stuffing material
Crochet hook
Stitch holders
Darning needle
