The name of the baby set Askur & Embla is originated from Norse mythology. The brothers, Odin, Vili and Ve found two trees on a beach. Odin gave them the breath of life, Vili gave them speech, hearing and sight and Ve gave them intelligence. They gave them the names Askur and Embla and they would go ont to become the progenitors of all humanity.

The jacked is worked flat from the bottom with raglan decreases. Sleeves are worked in the round and then joined with the body to make the yoke. The buttonband is worked simultaneously. The pattern is a simple cable pattern worked on the front of the jacket and is charted only. The pants are worked in the round from the top down with pattern on both sides. German short rows are used to shape the back side.
