This hat was inspired by photographs of ski tracks in fresh snow. It is a bottom up hat, knit in the round. It has twisted rib and a simple left cable stitch. The hat is designed as a beanie, but I have included an adjustment if you prefer more of a slouchy hat. The pattern contains approximately 2” of negative ease. Please take fit into consideration when deciding which size hat to knit. The hat has a lot of stretch.
