Ässä is Finnish for “ace”, and also a candy made by Fazer which is characterized by brightly colored candies in the shape of card suits. These socks were originally designed for the Fazer x Novita sock design challenge. While my socks were unfortunately not chosen to be published, I wanted to share them with everyone. Enjoy!

Size: Calf circumference 24 cm (9 in), foot length as desired (Women’s size EU 41/US 10 pictured)

Gauge: 24 stitches x 25 rows for a 10x10cm /4x4 in. square

Needles: 3,25 mm and 3,5mm dpns

Yarn used: Novita Seitsemän Veljestä
75% wool, 25% polyamide
100g = 200m

330 artisokka (green) 20 g = 40 m
