My first foray into shawl design using the assigned pooling method.

Assigned Pooling occurs when a change in stitch is assigned to changes in colour within a skein of variegated yarn. In this case, simple garter stitch is assigned to the main colour to create a backdrop for the bobble stitch assigned to the accent colour.

Two color stripes in a feather and fan pattern and a bobble stitch create this eye catching shawl.
