Astraea, “Star Maiden”, from Greek Mythology, was the goddess of innocence and purity. This wonderful shawl, with its simple shape, clean lines of lace detail, pretty lace pattern and twinkling sequins embodies this beautiful goddess.

This pattern has both written and charted instructions.
The triangular shawl has a simple lace eyelet pattern through most of its length, with a pretty, decorative lace panel at the wider end. It includes a neat icord edge to allow ends to be hidden.

The versatile, pretty Astraea Shawl would be a great addition to any outfit.
