Astral Shrug
This shrug is my go-to garment when I want to ward winter chilliness! It is comfortable, light and easy to wear. Worked in a brioche rib stitch the fabric is reversible. There is no shaping in the knitting. The finished form is created by clever seaming!
One Size
Width: ca 13.5” / 34.5 cm
Length: ca 58” / 148 cm
Materials: (1) 50g hank of Heaven’s Hand Shaman (ca 350 m / 395 yds per hank)
(1) 50g balls of or Kidsilk Haze Stripe (approx 420 m / 459 yds per ball)
OR (2) balls of any Kid Mohair or Kid Silk ( approx 215 m / 235 yds per ball)
Needles: US 10.5 - 6.5 mm
Gauge: ca 2.5 sts / 26 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Brioche st
